2. Description of Products and Services

BATSECUR exclusively sells batteries and accumulators to alarm professionals and battery resellers.

3. Prices

Product prices are displayed excluding taxes (HT). On the cart page, the total amount is detailed with HT, VAT, and TTC amounts. Prices may be changed at any time without notice, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Orders can be placed via:

• Our website
• Our mobile application
• By email

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been validated.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card
• Bank transfer
• Check
• LCR (Letter of Credit)

Payment conditions:

• Immediate payment is required unless a specific agreement is made.
• A 1% discount is granted for immediate payments, except for credit card payments.
• 30-day end-of-month payment may be granted to customers upon our approval.
• We reserve the right to revoke this agreement at any time and require immediate payment for future orders.

6. Delivery

We deliver our products to mainland France, Corsica, and the European Community.

Delivery fees:

• Mainland France: €8 HT for orders under €150 HT.
• Corsica: €20 HT for orders under €500 HT.
• European Community: €20 HT for orders under €500 HT.
• Outside the European Union: We do not deliver outside the EU.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on logistics conditions. BATSECUR cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of product reception, in accordance with regulations.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing via the contact form.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, complete, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. Warranty and Return Conditions

Batteries and accumulators are considered consumable products and are not covered by any warranty.

For other non-consumable products sold by BATSECUR, a 2-year warranty applies, in accordance with legal requirements.

Return conditions:

• The returned product must be complete, in good condition, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
• Returns must be sent to the address specified on the provided return form.

9. Liability

Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and only in devices designed for them.

BATSECUR cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products, including:

• Improper storage
• Use in an incompatible device
• Handling that does not comply with safety precautions

BATSECUR's liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the "Batsecur" website, including texts, images, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of BATSECUR.

Any reproduction, representation, or use, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data

Collected information is used for order management and customer communication. It is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

The customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data by contacting our customer service via the contact form.

12. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a mediation procedure or contact the competent authorities for an amicable resolution.

If no resolution is found, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of BATSECUR's registered office.
